- Add 250 g Weißkohl to the Mixtopf, chop it finely, and transfer to the Varoma-Behälter (10 Sek / Stufe 4).

- Toss in the Schmalz, Gulasch, and Speck into the Mixtopf. Let them dance in a sauté for 10 minutes at 120° in Linkslauf / Sanftrührstufe.
